Evening all,
Congratulations to all the winning bidders!
I can't wait to see all the constructions taking their edible shape..especially The Cumberland Arms, which is without doubt the finest pub in Newcastle!
To help you all in your task I will be producing a series of short training videos with Clare Armstrong, Pastry Chef extraordinaire from Café 21. They will be popping up on the site early next week so sit back, relax and get trained from the finest in the business (Clare, not me!)
If there are things we don't cover that you feel you need help with, please let me know and we will try to cover them..
