Hi Sandra,

I'm doing St James Park! I'm having to really think hard about options for the roof. I'd love to make it edible so maybe sugar glass but if I fail to do that I might use perspex instead. Yours will be outstanding if your others are anything to go by. Can I ask where you did your City and Guilds? I'm only an amateur but would love to make a business out of cakes. I'd like to feel more confident in my skills to do that though.

I live in Bedlington in Northumberland.

Do you have a shop? If so I might pop in at some point.

Good luck with the project.

Katie
