Any questions about how to make your cake structure should be sent to Clare Armstrong who is our Head Pastry Chef (and also Cafe 21's)

If you'd like to know how your cake will 'sit' on the map and interact with its surroundings, contact Adam Riley, our artist map builder.

Best of all, start a discussion in the Member Stuff section, and we can all help each other.

And if you get stuck, please email The Head Baker.

Just a big thank you to ALL who were involved in making this event happen. Not an easy event to organise at all. But the sun shone, and everyone had a great time; fantastic atmosphere. I think everyone had so much fun along the way being part of this event.
THANKS

Hi Katy, If you send a message to Nicola Gartland of Xsite (you'll find her in Cakebook) she'll be happy to advise on where to get better plans of the Rocket. Simon
